I Wish...For A Magic Wand!

Or at least an extra day in the week, or at least only needing to sleep 6 nights of the week, or some magical time to appear out of nowhere.

I am itching to get more of this house repaired.

Yes, you may laugh at the ridiculousness of the light fixture.  That is one repair bothering me the most because I can't fix it myself.
Oh what should be my next project?!  I have so many I can't decide.
