My cousin Cody died August 1st. He lived in Coos Bay so Aunt Kathleen came to go through his belongings this week. We gathered family and met at Bandon on Saturday. We were there Labor Day weekend a year ago when Pete and Lindsey came and brought Aunt Kathleen...and my mom was there, so it brought back memories of her. We had 14 adults and 16 kids this year.
We ate at the Bandon Fish Market. Went down to Face Rock beach for a hour or two. Then went to Face Rock Creamery for ice cream.
Sunday a few less of us gathered at Noah Cemetery to bury Cody's ashes and have a prayer over his grave. Then had a barbecue at Hyrum and Nancy's.
