Kylie's Third Birthday

Sweet little Kylie turned three.  Her birthday party was quite the adventure because it snowed quite a bit the day before her b-day.  We don't usually get large quantities of snow, but they got about 11 inches.  This was in their city, but not in ours, otherwise we would not have been able to go.  The storm ended about 20 minutes south of them.  Emily rode up with Traci and the girls, and we drove our own car.  We had to 'plow' through the snow on the streets because they were not well plowed.  The first place that Sarah had the party at had to close down due to their parking lot being pure ice, but we were able to have it at another pizza place.  Sarah did a Minnie Mouse theme and it turned out really cute.  I made matching Minnie Mouse dresses for Kylie and Zoey.
